Stopped overnight prior to flight and left car with hotel for holiday duration, easy to find hotel and park, staff very helpful and happy, evening meal was quite good for this class of hotel, room was quiet and overall comfy but bed did squeak everytime you turned over! - did mention this to staff on departure. Regular bus to airport - would be helpful if ticket also stated pick up point number as well as bus number.

We loved the calm, uncrowded atmosphere of My Lounge. There was only Coors Lite (yuk) or Magners from the long drink menu, so we made up for that with G&T! I would thoroughly recommend this Lounge.

Food wasn’t great. How can anyone get baked beans wrong? And very odd little ‘things’ that looked like ‘eggy bread’ but wasn’t. Hated the horrible little cardboard trays. Wouldn’t have minded if they had been recycled, but they just went into general trash. But apart from that everything was fine. Staff pleasant.

Was able to use the longe at Gatwick for 2 hours from 8.15am before flight to Costa Rica. Had good breakfast, nice seats and view, clean and comfortable -with polite staff. Good start to Holiday

Booked airport lounge in Cancun. Booking was fine but lounge was not as good as others used, food only snaks, seating area small and overcrowded, would like more information to be able to make informed choices

The worst lounge I’ve ever used in terms of food. Horrid hot food. No bacon sandwiches, but little nasty cold omelette things. Pastries were ok but that’s all I had. My booking didn’t show up so they couldn’t find us on the system. Utter waste of money
