When we arrived the lounge only had hard seating and tables available no soft chairs so was obviously over booked or they let too many people in who paid at the door, the food was poor, only a unisex toilet not really appropriate and not very clean. I only got a soft seat after about 20 minutes because I complained as I booked the lounge for comfort due to a hip operation earlier in the year.

We booked the lounge till 1.20 pm and also paid the extra to stay if delayed as it was offered to us, only to find it closed at 1.00 pm. We were also led to believe there was a variety of food when in fact it was only breakfast

The facilities were a bit over booked with couples taking up tables for 4 people etc. Or single people taking up Seating areas for 6.

No bacon and 2 empty trays asked a member of staff he said 3 mins never came out. No bread found the food very poor. The toilets not very clean

I found the staff to be good, the lounge itself was very nice. The food was not so great! I would go as far as to say terrible! The drink selection was very good. Good out of 10. I would go 2 Lounge itself was 7/8

We got to the Lounge just after 7am and stayed for a couple of hours. Service was good and all the food and drinks were ready. The young lady who greeted us was very pleasant and polite - I think her name was Jade on the 16th Dec. Would use again with a discount but not at the full price as we'd never be able to make full use of it. Couldn't find any newspapers or decent magazine which was the only negative point but nothing major.

It was difficult to find - clear directions were missing. Breakfast was barely adequate - strange selection - no 'full English' on offer. Limited choice of newspapers - 'The Times' was not available.

The hotel and car parking with Purple Parking worked well and on schedule. It was good value to add the hotel to the Meet and Greet parking. Only adverse comment was that the car (dropped off clean) was returned absolutely filthy, as though it had been driven at speed all round a muddy field - is that where it was stored? The My Lounge in South Terminal was excellent with good refreshments and comfortable seating.

HI, We found the drop off to be easy, but the pick up confusing to find. The staff were friendly and helpful. What we were really annoyed about was just as we were driving out the car park we noticed a funny noise so got out to check only to find a big nail in the Tyre at front. It definitely wasn't there when we dropped it off & we had to drive miles home with it which was a worry as had to keep stopping to put air in tyre. I called up to complain but the man just said sorry we not liable. So to be honest were not happy with the service we got as it just caused a lot of problems and have never had that with other meet and greet .

We found it very relaxing and staff very friendly, would definitely recommend this lounge in the future,and nice I was still able to smoke out on the terrace up until we left.

I only use MyLounge as it has a smoking area. It is a bit dirty and the food is only average.

Not much choice of hot food. Veg chilli, wedges, crisps. Not a lot of it too. Constantly running out of glasses.

We booked the My Lounge in South Terminal and was quite disappointed with it. The facilities were fine, comfortable seating and clean toilets, the staff I came into contact with were helpful, but the food choices were poor. Aside from the mini pancake maker at breakfast time, there was little else to eat. The pastries were non existent and the 'hot food' was cold. I won't be booking here again.

My lounge at south terminal is fab, super comfy and has a smoking terrace. As there was 8 of us we reserved by email and got a lovely big corner sofa and armchairs. Really nice food and self service bar

Was ok... not brilliant.. average food which they were slow to replenish and they did run out of some of the food and that was quite early. Drinks were fine and it was nice to be able to sit outside.

Food in lounge was a little limited in choice and staff struggled to keep up with demand, dishes ran out as soon as it was brought out. What I did manage to get was tasty though.

Drinks machine kept breaking . The room itself was nice . Loads areas to sit . The games room tv wasnt working my son was dissapointed . Would book ago tho for the peace of mind of my son being in a relaxed area before flight instead keeping eyes on him in a busy airport . I didnt have any food as i had breakfast in hotel before hand . Pancakes looked good
