A meat option hot dish would have improved things,there was only a veg chilli. I had expected, sandwiches, pastries etc not just donuts, fruit and nachos. I would choose a different lounge next time. My daughter is 11 so doesnt really fall in to either catagory of young or teen.

Wasnt a lot of food , choice wise compared to other lounges i have used in all honesty. But it was ok for price and i certianly would use it again. nice and quiet and plenty of chargers.

I was disgustef. It was my son's surprise 18th visit to family so.I called and was recommended The Lounge....£20 a head for a tub of crisps !!! The food bar was empty apart from stale cake ...all 3 slice's, a sloppy stew type dish that looked like it had been there days and just stirred again....the option was nachos and salsa in a cardboard tub ....them we had to fight for ....biggest waste of money and really disappointment

We were there early and it was the breakfast menu. Everything was sweet, it needs something savoury, even just toast would be ok. No side plates, just serviettes and paper cups. View of people walking to boarding gate, felt like being in a goldfish bowl. Lounge was over crowded and not enough seating. Tables were not cleared and were sticky. I would not use again. It was the second time we have used the lounge, not really sure why I bothered going back really because we had the same issues before. Will go back to the Aspire lounge in future which we used before many times. Would highly recommend Holiday Extras though, just the lounge did not like.

Staff were exceedingly helpful,Everything went like clockwork,Lovely to be surprised with so many breakfast options great to supply papers and magazines ,plus comfy seats.The waiting time was pleasurable instead of onerous .Thankyou

Again using the lounge allows for charging devices, the quietness and availability of seating. Selection of foods and drinks...coffee, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages was good.

The food was inadequate, not changed after 11am and basic. No savoury option. Also the toilets were filthy. We didn't find it value for money at all and would not use it again. Disappointed very much.

The choice of a vegetable curry for lunch seemed a bit odd when people are travelling on a plane together. Apart from that everything was up to expectation.

Staff were fine polite and very helpful. However the lounge was very disappointing - seats were dirty, the choice for breakfast was poor (only chocolate croissants) and the porridge looked as though it had been there a while. We for one will use the other lounge and would advise friends and family to do the same - we won't be back !!

Very poor service snacks were terrible cold porridge no sandwiches would not use this lounge again I have used two other lounges at gatwick that were far superior at the same cost

unfortunately, the only hot provision for breakfast was porrige (which i do not eat) so waa very dispappointed that there were no other hot options available. Was not impressed either at the lack of crockery and cutlery. I took a glass of fruit juice and to my horror discovered that the glass had lipstick marks around the rim. Was unable to speak to staff about this as they seemed otherwise occupied to had to leave the glass on the oounter! Would use Holiday Extras again but not for My Lounge.

Food was not satisfactory, no one eats chilli before a morning flight, by snacks we were expecting more variety in spread, small selection of spirits and coffee machine was broken. Wifi was not working, and not enough sofa areas.

Excellent service, very happy with the politeness of the staff and the facilities. There could have been more breakfast items to choose from, but overall I would definitely recommend this service to anyone travelling through Gatwick Airport, and I would also book this lounge again.

The toilets were dirty, the pastries provided were straight from the fridge, which didn't improve their taste. There were no plates only plastic bowls. The staff were helpful during the limited dealings we had with them. It would be helpful if there could be announcements of flights for those booked in.

One thing we found was the cans of soft drinks weren't replenished. Staff very friendly and helpful, all other food and drink items replenished very quickly.

Everything was as described and made the wait much more pleasant. Only criticism is that the range offered (we went at breakfast time) wasn't that varied, and a hot option would have been good.
