Service was smooth and lots of choice of refreshments and snacks that were replenished constantly. Lounge slightly smaller than expected and Wifi was extremely patchy

Overall was very pleased but feel there could have been more of a variety with the food as there was only popcorn nachos or slices of cake to eat

Substandard lounge, limited drinks selection ,very poor snacks/food. Not worth the extra money spent. Obviously done on the cheap. Will not use again

Serve hot food such as bacon sandwich or toasties. As only crackers and pretzels available which i didnt think was worth £40 per person as we ended up going to eat else where . The wine was supposedly chilled in the sink but i didnt find that the wine was chilled. The staff was very helpful

Staff friendly but lounge was rather full & noisy.. so the food stock had run low and the two girls were struggling to keep up with the messy people! i could only get some pretzels and a tiny slither of cake, not worth £18

I always book an airport lounge before I fly and I have to say this is the worst I have been to soft drinks were off for quite some time due to syrup issues which meant there was no mixers and the food offering was appalling we left the lounge and went to boots for a meal deal

We wouldn't use this service again. We thought that food would be available but there were only crisps. Busy not many free seats. Magazines were unheard of titles. Not worth the cost.

When I arrived at the lounge I was initially declined access as there was no record of my booking, it was only after the eventual intervention of the lounge manager and showing her confirmation on my iphone were we granted access. very embarrassing for myself and guest.

Staff was helpful and pleasant but food and drink kept running out ,and staff didn't seem to have time to keep filling it up , no white rum , and tables not cleared quick enough , place looked very messy compared to stanstead was run so much better

The lounge is to small. The food kept running out. There were no clean glasses. No one was clearing tables. The beer took almost half hour to change. Overall experience I would never use this lounge again.

The lounge was very busy, so seating was difficult. The wine kept running out and the snack choice was poor. I will pay the little extra for No1 lounge in future.

Booking with you was excellent. The same cannote said about the lounge. It was dirty tables and floor not cleaned or glasses removed. Choice of snacks and drinks very poor.

The lounge was overcrowded and understaffed. As a result, there was nowhere to sit comfortably and certainly nowhere clean. No clean wine glasses and very little food on offer.

We really enjoyed the lounge , everything was the way you described , it made our travel so much easier because we had an hour flight delay . There were 6 in our group and we were all satisfied .

The tables were full of used crockery and cutlery. The food ran out without being refilled. Tables were unwashed. Staff hid in the staff area most of the time

We would definitely use this wonderful lounge again but make sure we get there earlier to make the amount worthwhile as due to traffic we only got the benefits for45mins the staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was very busy in the lounge but we managed to find a comfortable sofa. From my experience of other airport lounges there was quite limited snacks on offer. Only one main meal (vegetable chilli) which was very nice. Only popcorn and crisps offered as well. At Heathrow there was a full buffet, with main meals and snacks. I did like the fact you could get a beer on draft!!!

Arrival was wonderfully smooth, we really appreciated the greeter telling us how long we had until the departure of the next bus so we made it to airport in even better time!

It was filthy-food debris all over the floor. Ran out of snacks and rose wine. Staff seemed unhelpful maybe because they were busy or inexperienced? Will not visit again.

The lounge was okay.i saw a lot of people being turned away with the statement it was to busy, when in fact there was lots of room. The food choice was very limited for glutton free. Drink choice was also limited, no water was available.

great start to our hols have been in the lounge 2/3years ago I think its the best in gatwick both north and south terminals will be back soon see you in September or sooner regards

It was our first time in a lounge. And we really enjoyed the whole aspect in being in a relaxing environment away from the hustle & bustle of a busy airport. Would have been better if there were More comfy chairs. When it gets busy, your stuck with a regular hard chair & not enough comfy chairs/seating area to relax A bigger food selection too. Not a great choice. But was ok

As a chef I am happy when ever anyone provides a meal so I was content with everything offered. I had used the lounge in November and was initially surprised that it was the same offerings this time. On reflection I guess it is much easier to control costs if it never changes so good business sense. The staff were MORE than helpful and I´d like to add extra praise on a young lady (I think her name was Billy?) who helped me with a problem I had. I will certainly use you again when having connecting flights.
