We were moved to another lounge half way through our time as My Lounge closed early. Staff were helpful and friendly but thought that food was limited. Overall a good experience.

You sold me a product that wasn't available. The time I paid for they were closed. My children were disappointed. We were upgraded but that wasn't the product I paid for had I wanted the more expensive lounge I would have booked it. So I'm dissatisfied with the service on that behalf.

You sold me a product that wasn't available. The time I paid for they were closed. My children were disappointed. We were upgraded but that wasn't the product I paid for had I wanted the more expensive lounge I would have booked it. So I'm dissatisfied with the service on that behalf.

The staff were helpful and polite, the snacks were not as good. The pastries were cold and not very appertising with no plates to put them on. The muesli was nice but you were expected to eat with wooden spoons and drink from paper cups, which I would not normally do.

Very small and crowded lounge. No WiFi available. No view of the runway or planes as advertised. Snacks OK, staff pleasant, but overall not worth the money.

The area was clean and comfortable but the choice of refreshments was appalling. Popcorn and dinky doughnuts were ok for children and the vegetarian chilli was ok for vegetarians but that's as far as it goes. Also the choice of beers and spirits were poor. Recently visited Bristol VIP which offered a wider choice of everything. This establishment could learn from them.

i thought value for money was very poor, very little choice of food , cramped and dirty. I have used other lounges of similar price and they were far better. The staff were poorly dressed and had no helpfull attitude at all. veryb disappointed as we had a late arrival in Cyprus and was expecting a choice of hot food.

Staff were helpful, but there weren't enough of them. Long queues to enter the lounge. You need more people! Also, breakfast food was out too long (nearly midday) meant people queued for the vegetable chilli when it finally appeared.

Holiday extras was fine but the lounge I booked was not up to expectations. I have used many airport lounges over a number of years and this was without a doubt the worst. The facilities available were no better than simply going to the pub.

Could do with some more seating in there,as most were taken.But a good selection of food and drinks also lots of nibbles to choose from,this is my second time using the lounge and will continue to use it when i travel,it takes the stress away and gives you time to relax!!

My experience with you in booking was great, fast and efficient and held in an app on my phone for ease of reference. However I would doubt I would go to the No1 Lounge again. The drinks are good but the food is dismal. I went last year and thought it was bad but went again this year as hoped it had changed but it had exactly the same on offer. Snacks are fine but one option for food is not really acceptable. Shame as I love the environment and the drink selection.

Had to wait a long time to enter the lounge as people in front had not prebooked and the member of staff took them through the booking and payment process whilst we I stood in a queue behind them.

The food was rubbish, it did not meet my expectations as a VIP lounge. We paid again and went into the No1 Lounge instead. It looked cheap and nasty and was self service rather than waiter service. I do NOT recommend.

Nice choice of snacks. Replenished regularly. Good internet connection. Nice way to relax before flight. Teenagers described it as 'sick' which I gather means pretty good!

There needed more seats (smaller family clusters) as the room was full of families and also better meals needed to be served, we left to eat and spent little time in the lounge, which made it expensive.

PlayStation not working, food variety very poor. Dirty, no view as advertised only of a corridor. Not very comfortable unless you were lucky enough to get a sofa.

Very nice start to the holidays - a good range of snacks and drinks. However for fussy kids the range may not suit maybe add a few standard items (normal crisps or biscuits maybe wedges as a hot alternative).

Staff helpful. But would like a hot option for children, very disappointed not hoto food for children. We loved the veg chilli but children dont!!! My daughtersister option were hummus,nachos and donuts not healthy alternatives

Very pleasant and comfortable lounge, especially if you have younger-teenage children - snacks not quite as expected and having visited Aspire Lounge on a previous occasion would sooner go back there

The tables were sticky and generally the place was dirty.there was a lot of flies in there. The choice of food was poor. Not very comfortable.

There were too many seats 'reserved' for people so when we arrived there was nowhere for us to sit. We had to ask a member of staff and she removed a reserved sign. You should not be allowed to reserve seats it should be done on arrival. There was also a group allowed in who were in the wrong lounge but managed to get in. Lastly no adult area or quiet area so it was packed with noisy children under no parental supervision and the staff weren't doing anything about it!
