Meet and greet parking not so good. It was ok for drop off but there was no "meet and greet" on our return. We had to search for the office (which is badly signposted) to collect the keys and then find the car. What is "meet and greet" about that? Hotel was good

Everything was perfect, cant believe we have never used this service before. We will always use now before a flight! We got on board relaxed and fed and it was such good value! The children loved it!

Absolutely terrible. EasyJet lounge we booked was closed so everyone was herded into the No1 Lounge. It was packed with two areas shut off including the quiet area with comfy chairs. Buffet was cold and not replenished without being asked (not the staff members fault, it was just her on the floor which is ridiculous). Tables not cleared for the whole time we were there. The continental breakfast was severely lacking. Croissants and mini muffins very stale, what looked like watered down porridge and yoghurt with nothing to go on it as it hadn’t been replenished. The queue for the bar was stupidly long (again, only one member of staff on). I booked a lounge to ensure I got a comfy seat following back surgery but was only able find a bar stool! More staff, better food and open the whole area up!

The lounge was advertised open at 4am. We got there at 6am and there was a queue banging on the shutters as it was not open. They eventually opened at 6.30am so we had to rush our food. There were other people who had booked and ordered their food but had to leave before it was ready. We were hoping for much better than this. We won’t be booking this lounge again

Rubbish! Lounge was not open at 5am as booked. We did use another lounge which was open but they said the 2 hours started at 6am. As our flight was at 8am obviously this was no good. We needed to pay another £20 to use the lounge from 5am. I checked with holidays extra on a chat before we went and was assured that we could use the lounge from 5 am!! We would like a refund asap please.

Up on arrival We was told due to DHL lack of staff that we couldn’t have the full range of food so we can only have sausage beans from the breakfast menu then word came out they were going to have an inspection of some sort with some vip while we were there all of a suddenly extra members of staff turned up the full menu came out before we left in my eyes this was just an excuse this was the first time we used the gateway lounge we was not impressed so to your question don’t lie to customers

Rubbish! Lounge was not open at 5am as booked. We did use another lounge which was open but they said the 2 hours started at 6am. As our flight was at 8am obviously this was no good. The lounge was disgustingly dirty and having to queue over 40 mins for a drink was not the service I was expecting. Food choice limited with no cutlery so by the time cutlery was available food was cold.

Surely you don’t need me, the customer to tell you, the professionals that 20 minute queue for a drink to be told “the water is over there” when it had run out is not acceptable. Neither is the aircon not working. Get a grip guys.

The lounge we booked was closed. We were sent to an alternative (No. 1?) which was overcrowded & noisy. Breakfast food had run out. Queued for 20 mins at the bar. Frankly a waste of £50.

The lounge I booked was closed upon arrival so we were out in No.1 Lounge instead. It was absolutely packed due to this so the queues for food and drink were long, they were running out of drinks and there were few seats available. The Prosecco was room temperature so I had to ask for ice to put in it. The food choice was less than I expected but quality of food was ok.

First thing to do , is to actually open the lounge that we booked . Sent to another lounge and queued 20 mins to get in then queued 30 for a drink and the food came out and was gone in seconds . Disgusting

I felt we had been mugged, we were in No 1 lounge. It was not clean, tables not cleared, staff running around not knowing what to do. Lunch choice was dire curry, or salad, had to wait 10 minutes for the cheese to arrive and the napkins ( or should I say lack of) there was a blue paper roll on the salad counter, which in our house lives in the garage. I have pictures which I am going to send to CEO. £56 for a disgraceful experience.

The staff were helpful but overwhelmed. The place was full and almost impossible to find a table. Long queues at the bar and only one person serving. Food/drink, crockery and cutlery had to be fetched resulting in delays before eating.

I travelled on the 20th December. On arrival at the lounge I had to go looking for someone to book me in. I was booked in from 11 - 1 pm I was then informed that the lounge was closing at 12 noon due to staff shortagesand at 12 noon I would be escorted to No.1 Lounge. On trying to get a cup of tea I hd to yet again find asomeone to get me milk. There were no pastries on offer I was told I could have hot. On ordering I was informed there was no bread, then I was told there was no tomatoes by this time I was exasperated. I cannot fault the staff or their fsriendliness b ut they were dealingf with a very difficult situation. At 12 noon I was escorted toi No.1 lounge which again had no pastries only muffins. Overall it was a very stressful and unsatisfactory start to my holiday which had cost me money.
