The Pelican Inn is a large venue, so you can always tuck yourself away in a cosy corner, cordoned off by solid, dark wood panelling. Perhaps a table near the open fireplace at the far end of the restaurant? It’s prime spot to tuck into one of the many tasty and familiar dishes of this well-established restaurant. Pop in on the Sabbath to enjoy the Sunday roast that’s available all day.

You’ll be well looked after in this traditional restaurant, where the staff are friendly and very accommodating. If the weather’s holding out, enjoy table service outdoors at one of the picnic benches that overlook the leafy greenness of Woodheys Park.

Breakfast -The Pelican Inn is open for breakfast to guests at the Altrincham Lodge hotel only - no regulars at this hour thank you! There are plenty of options available, whether you’re in the mood for a healthy Full Continental, or would rather a traditional Full English to remember the Motherland by before heading abroad. There are also smaller choices up for grabs, such as bacon butties and beans on toast for a fibrous start! Children’s meals are available as well. After breakfast, the pub closes until lunchtime opening at 12 noon.

Room Service

As there are no catering facilities on site, room service isn’t an option here. But at least you won’t have the worry of an impending bill when it comes to checking out.
