Dinner -
The modern Borders restaurant offers an a la carte menu, in a relaxed atmosphere. The garlic mushrooms are a fantastic starter, doing exactly what a starter should - leaving you wanting more. For the main course, the prawn linguini is delicious and the chocolate fudge cake, a real treat. On average, a three-course meal will cost you around £25 a person, which isn't bad for good-quality grub. The exclusive dinner offer gives you a 20 percent discount on all food and drink charged to your room.
If you'd rather stay in your room, the hotel offers room service 24 hours a day. Check the menu in your room to see what's available.
