Planning to stay at the Holiday Inn Slough Windsor the night before you leave for your holiday? You can save both time and money by booking your parking at the same time as you book your room. It’s safe and convenient to leave your car with us, and our packages make it extremely cost-effective to book your car parking with your accommodation. Guests of the Holiday Inn Slough Windsor can leave their car at the hotel for the duration of their holiday or park it in one of the airport’s official long-stay car parks.
The Holiday Inn Slough Windsor offers an on-site, secured car park, which can be used by guests of the hotel as airport parking for the duration of their time away. Simply arrive as normal, take a ticket from the barrier and park in a space. On checking in you will need to fill out a short form at reception but there’s no need to leave your car keys – you can keep them with you when you leave, safe in the knowledge that nobody has access to your car but you.
To reach the airport for your flight, the hotel offers a taxi service, which is inclusive one-way with your room and parking package. When you check in, simply request a taxi for the time you wish to leave for your flight and the hotel will book this for you. Allow 15-20 minutes to reach Heathrow airport for your flight, longer during rush hour.

Heathrow’s long stay car parks are easy to find on your arrival at the airport and are well signposted. All car parks have automatic number plate recognition so when you book, we’ll ask you for your plate number and when you arrive at the car park the automatic barrier will recognise your car and let you in. Heathrow’s Long Stay car parks serve all of the airport’s terminals and from each one, it’s just a short bus ride to the terminal building (seven to 15 minutes for terminals 1–3, three to seven minutes for terminal 4 and five minutes for terminal 5). The bus runs 24 hours a day, every 10 minutes (every 12 minutes at Terminal 4) and is included in the cost of your parking. Getting from the hotel to the airport
A 4 seater taxi to the airport is included in this package - it'll take around 15 minutes to Terminal 5. If you require a larger vehicle you will need to pay the hotel an additional £10.50 supplement for 6-seaters or £23 for 8-seaters. Book this with reception when you check in.
