Exquisite Oriental, delectable Italian or informal dining: the choice is yours at the Hilton T4. Whether it's Aromi for breakfast, lunch and dinner or the Zen Oriental restaurant for stunning Asian dishes, you're sure to find something to everyone's taste.

Aromi restaurant

At the centre of the Hilton's glass atrium, the elegant Aromi restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. The huge buffet breakfast guarantees a great start to your day, with a hot English breakfast, cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, pastries, pancakes, omelettes and toast. The full buffet is open from 6am to 10.30, so you can linger over a fresh-brewed coffee and the morning paper, or just grab a quick plate before you head out for your flight. Early risers can catch the cold continental breakfast from 5am.

Aromi has a lunch buffet from noon to 3pm offering a choice of hot and cold starters and three main courses on a daily rotating menu.

Evening dishes at Aromi restaurant have a delicious Mediterranean theme, with simple pastas and risottos cooked to perfection. Starters include Italian favourites such as juicy mozzarella salad, minestrone soup and parma ham; mains include your choice of pasta cooked with a rich and tasty sauce. Steaks and grills will also satisfy bigger appetites, and if you can squeeze in a dessert there's a menu of traditional Italian puddings like tiramisu. The nightly buffet offers a choice of grilled meats, fish and a vegetarian option with soups, salads and side dishes; you can put yourself together a very tasty platter and come back for more when you're ready. The Hilton's extensive wine list runs to 54 items, including six champagnes and a dessert wine to finish the evening with.

Zen Oriental restaurant

With its striking scarlet decor, delicate woodcarvings and large Chinese characters hanging from the walls, there's no mistaking what's on offer at the Zen restaurant. It's open for lunch and dinner, and you can pick from tempting dishes, like Szechuan duck, fresh lobster or braised prawns with a glass of chilled wine or Chinese beer. Zen is open for lunch daily from noon to 2pm, and from 6pm to 10pm in the evenings.

Snacks and other dining options

Dancers bar and Oscar's bistro both offer a range of snacks and light meals, including the world-famous Hilton burger, omelettes, sandwiches, pizzas and grills. Oscar's also serves Costa coffee during the day, and is a perfect spot to relax with a latte and a muffin while you catch up with the day. Oscar’s is open daily from 6am to 1am.
