There are three options for food at the Menzies London Gatwick hotel. There's the laid-back lounge bar just off the lobby, the more formal Brasserie restaurant, by the lounge, and the informal and homely Chequers pub, which has its own entrance.

Brasserie restaurant
The Brasserie has a cool, modern interior and is a pleasant place to enjoy a good quality meal. Service is formal but friendly and the atmosphere is buzzing yet relaxed.
Breakfast - A hot and cold buffet breakfast is served in the Brasserie. Sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs and tomatoes are on offer from the hot counter, while the cold buffet includes natural yogurt, grapefruit segments and a range of cereals. Tea and coffee are available from the machine and there is also fruit juice.
Dinner - The Brasserie serves a modern three-course dinner menu. Starters range from soup of the day and creamy risotto to goat's cheese and Caesar salad, while mains run the gamut from chicken escalopes to sirloin steak. Desserts include chocolate brownie and lemon tart. The wine list is reasonably extensive, with both New World and more classic options, plus champagne and dessert wine.

The Chequers is a traditional English pub with warm, wooden furnishings and friendly bar service. Its warm atmosphere will make you feel a million miles away from the airport.
Dinner - The Chequers serves a range of hearty pub classics, including fish and chips and sausage and mash. The dining style is casual and theres a wide range of drinks available.
