upon return from my holiday (14/10/2017) I noted my car had been moved along a few spaces from where I left it (I was told this may happen). When I inspected the car I noted damage to the drivers door (dent), I reported it to the hotel receptionist. He came to look at it, he stood about 15 feet from it and I shone my phone torch on it (it was 2am) he told me it was not a fresh dent, (how he could tell this caused me amazement, especially with the light and how far away he was, not that I'm sure how one would age a dent!!! I was told to call the manager on Monday 16/10/2017. I did this and was assured a call back the following day pending an investigation. I was called again on 17/10/2017 and told following an investigation, the damage did not occur in the car park.

Parking was awful not sufficient parking spaces. Dinner was dreadfully slow service. The curtesy bus that picked us up from the airport was filthy inside and outside, the seat belt didn't was broken so it couldn't be used. All things considered this hotel was a nightmare, and would never use it again.

Quick check in, car parking a bit tight.had to get taxi to airport as minibus didn’t start at time we needed to leave. Used in return, had to wait a while for pick up , otherwise as it says on the tin!

Very helpful staff but extremely difficult to find a space to park. Concerns about treatment of my car. All settings changed, seat and steering positions moved- surely not necessary just to move the car. Long wait (30 min) to be picked up from airport on return.

The car park was jammed full with cars parked anyhow. After a 12 hour trip home and collecting my car in bright sunlight I didn't notice the damage done to the paintwork. I phoned immediately I got home but obviously nothing can be done about it. It is going to cost more than £300 to have the bumper sprayed.

The parking was haphazard with no real organisation of car keys. No one at reception on leaving had to just drop our room key on the desk. On return at 04:30 again no one on reception to get our key back so had to call the hotel to get someone to the desk. Took him nearly half an hour to find our car key to find the car had been parked in such away that there was less than an inch clearance from cars on either side it took 3 of us and some very cautious manoeuvring to get the car out (another half an hour delay!) No apology at any point from the member of staff, he even made it feel as if our issues were completely our fault!! We have booked a number other hotels & parking through you, but this is the worst service we have encountered.

Everything went smoothly at hotel but return trip from airport to hotel took longer than usual as only one minibus was in use and we had a 45 minute wait at airport. Roadworks were probably the main cause.

I believe that all the cars are parked too close together to enable more parking. We even had trouble loading our car on our return. Everything else was very good.

We stayed with Bestwestern Skylane Hotel before flying from Gatwick North Terminal. The hotel was basic the food was awful for a premium price but it's as you would expect for the privilege of getting to the airport early. If these had been the only issues it could have been forgiven however the manager left us and our 3 week old baby waiting in the rain and cold for over an hour and a half waiting for their 'shuttle' pick up service. We called repeatedly and we're told that someone was on their way while they left us waiting, instead continually picking up passengers and filling up from South terminal. Rather than inform us of this and give us the option to get back to our car by taxi they left us stood in the rain. By the time we got back over and hour and a half later both me and my newborn were in tears while the manager rudely denied all responsibility and was quite frankly one of the rudest men I've come into contact with. Ill be informing Best western about the situation as it was truly an awful and upsetting experience. I would advise travellers not to stay there.

My car has been damaged. I put in a complaint to manager and followed up with an email. No reply. Have sent two further emails and no reply. Have resulted in having to email head office to complain.
