A young lady called Emily who worked on Reception at The Thistle Hotel, East Midlands provided us with the most wonderful customer service, assisting us when one of our cases broke and providing us with all the facilities available. We do hope she gets recognition for her perfect customer service.

We were delighted with the quality and cleanliness of the room. The mini bus ride up to the air port was most welcome in the early hours of the morning.

The price I paid was actually cheaper than the price we were quoted to book direct with the hotel. We were also given an executive room rather than the standard room we had booked.

Easy site to navigate. Excellent value and made a nice change to not have to get up at silly o'clock in the morning to drive down the motorway to get to the airport.

Really gave us a relaxing start to our holiday. The room was lovely and the parking and lifts to and from the airport really excellent. I would definitely use this service again.

The only comments that I have are that a lift would be nice instead of humping suitcases up the stairs, and we had a bath that the plug didn't fit so it was not as relaxing a bath as i was hoping for, as at home we only have a shower. Apart from that very pleasant stay.

everything was made so smooth for arrival which is a stressful time. A delicious dinner, good menu, and a couple of glasses of wine, and the holiday was beginning. Friendly staff. and very helpful, especially with the overweight case. The return journey was also made easy, despite late night arrival, and how nice to have the bar available to get a drink from..(juice of course)
