Great stay with parking included for duration of holiday. Didn't eat in the bar as service looked very disorganised the evening we were there!?

The staff were very friendly but the room smelled extremely damp. We left our car there during our holiday and we returned to find it exactly how we left it

No problems whatsoever, easy walk to terminal, however pepole with lots of baggage or young children may find the walk difficult with a long slope to climb worse still if raining.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Thoughtfully moved us on checkin to a ground floor room as we had the baby and the hotel has no lift.

Booking in was smooth enough, the room was comfortable but rather a long way from reception especially as we had an early start the following morning. The staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was accepteble.

An excellent hotel, we had a delicious evening meal in the bar, a good night's sleep, then an easy walk to the terminal in the morning for our flight. Totally stress-free!

We arrived early evening and smooth check in, nice meal in bar better than expected! Hotel parking nearby- stayed overnight but left car for one week at hotel car park- collection on return was simple, hotel is just a short walk from East Midlands Airport. Room was standard double bed small ensuite and needed updating- mouldy tile grout! Overall would definitely go backðŸ‘😃

Really nice hotel perfectly placed for the airport with no hanging around for the car park bus on return to UK. Would definitely use this hotel with parking again.

Rooms clean, quiet,bathroom ready for some refurb, excellent location short walk to terminal. Our package included parking for 8 days and this worked fine.

The hotel did not have any details of my booking when I arrived and there was therefore a delay in checking in. I suspect that it was the hotel's error as I overheard the receptionist saying that the system hadn't been updated. Otherwise everything was fine.
