The staff were more than helpful at this hotel. When we arrived they booked our taxi transfer immediately and even assisted in providing us with train travel and directions into Birmingham. They really did work as a team and made us feel more than welcome.

Everything went smoothly and as described. Excellent night stay before holiday with parking. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, even gave me a complimentary bottle of wine as it was a special birthday.

Hi, We checked in on 18-06-16 a young lad was so helpful, and sorted out a problem we had, and when we returned on 03-07-16 to collect the car we just popped in to use the toilet and have a coffee a young girl was lovely and talked about our holiday, and just made us feel very welcome to be back in the UK. Whoever does the hiring of the staff is doing a top job, many kind regards!

Check in was quick & efficient. The room was good, and surprisingly quiet to say it overlooked the airport. Had dinner in the bar - the food was good & the service quick. The only issue was that the shower in the room did not work. Reported this at check-out

We've been there before and like the convenience of the location, the ease of parking and then taking a taxi to and from the airport and the next door pub for an evening meal. And it's good value for money.

Very polite and welcoming staff. Hotel was spacious and super clean. Great location, not far from the airport and great restaraunts near. 10/10 would highly recommend and will definitely be booking here again when flying from Birmingham.

A beautiful relaxed setting for the hotel and the hotel itself was just the same. All the staff were really helpful. The room was just what we needed. When we returned home, our car was safe and we were even offered a cup of tea. This was a perfect start to our holiday. Thank you and keep up the good work. Dave

We arrived at 0200hours and the Receptionist was very kind and helpful, even at that time of the night. We would certainly use this hotel again, the room was spacious and clean and the added bonus of the breakfast was welcome.

From the time we arrived to the time we left we couldn't fault anything. The room was exceptional extra large (Comfortable) bed all the facilities needed - wish we had been staying for longer. The only slight disappointment was the meal in the bar lack of choice and food not the greatest unfortunately not many places to eat within the vacinity.

Reception staff n in the lounge were very helpful, even 6sm next morning. Room pleasant, all thst was needed for overnight stay. Had pizza n drink in the lounge. Hadn't booked breakfast as early flight, but pleasantly surprised n pleased to find, that, juice, tea, coffee n croissant, were provided. To eat there or take away.

The stay was brilliant, our only issue was the reception staff informed us that a taxi into Birmingham would cost £10, they ordered a taxi for us and when we arrived in Birmingham we were charged £16 - the taxi driver told us this included a £1 hotel booking fee. We feel that the staff should be aware of current prices and inform guests accordingly.
