Excellent service particularly the facility to leave your car in the hotels parking lot and then be ferried to the airport. The hotel has a nice arrangement for that and the rates are very reasonable. Reception staff were very helpful. Will use again and for anyone traveling from BHX and not wanting parking hassles at the airport this is a cheaper and far more convenient option.

We didn't realise that the hotel was in the process of being modernised as we were only staying one night it wasn't a problem but it was a shock to see the frontage scaffolded and would have liked to have known.

we were under the impression the car park was nearer airport.we had to travel in opposit direction to park then pass hotel on shuttle which yes was only few mins away.hotel room ok but on lower ground .sruggled to park overnight very limited room lucky someone was leaving after waiting for a space!

On the night we stayed the air con was not working, there was no hot water and an extensive refurb was being carried out. Additionally the shuttle bus driver did not turn up and we had to wait for a further 20 mins while a taxi was ordered. Not a great st

Minibus from hotel to airport only ran from 5-10 am and 1600-2200 not very convenient when ur flight isn't between those times and uve got 4 suitcases, buggy, car seat and 6 month old baby!

hotel good, car parking good value. However I feel airparks could increase the frequency of their coaches. It did not effect us because we left plenty of time for check in. Thankfully weather was good on arrival. If wet one would get wet crossing the forecourt at birmingham to wait for the bus. Your arrangements and service was 1st class. happy to book through yourselves again.

the hotel was very good in fact it was all fine apart from the parking. put all the dates in agreed a price then went to park and got charged another day's parking why when it was all sorted on computer £100 all in with the same dates ?

We felt the service you offered was very good, friendly reception, clean comfortable room, very good breakfast on offer with lots of choices, efficient and friendly transfers including rapid response on our return to the airport and all at a sensible price. We would certainly use you again and prefer B'ham to Gatwick which was our other choice, in August we chose East Midlands and are now quite sure that if we cannot get Stansted, our nearest airport we would choose B'ham or E.Mids.Thank you.
