Excellent service. No hot water at the hotel when we arrived, but we were offered accommodation at an alternative nearby hotel which we chose not to take. Hot water restored by the morning.

Our overnight stay at Holiday Inn Express with hot breakfast and ten days' parking on site, not only saved us two hours' rush hour travel each way, but was actually cheaper than either a return taxi or airport parking. We were chauffeured by the hotel to and from the airport monorail station with minumum fuss and we woould certainly consider this option next time we fly.

Everything went well until we returned to Birmingham Airport and rang the taxi company recommended by Holiday Inn Express. They said a few mins but after waiting nearly 1 hour and several calls we used another taxi. We told Holiday Inn who said they would speak to them about it
