We arrived at the hotel for our second time this year ( booked park and fly) was told they can’t guarantee a parking space, I said I had booked in advance , they said they don’t offer this facility, and HE have misled us!! I checked on their own website ( jury’s inn) and they too offer park and fly! We won’t be back

Mattress uncomfortable/ pillows lumpy/ so very uncomfortable sleep this let what was otherwise a very nice room down. Room was spotless and very nice. Shower room very nice/clean. Quite.

Facilities were just what we needed. Could eat in bar. Rooms adequate. Staff were fantastic as was check in. Would definitely stay again

Hotel is a bit tired but receptionist was a dream, most helpful. Room was sufficient for an overnight stay.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were excellent. The only drawback is the courtesy bus to take you to the airport does not operate at weekends so I would keep that in mind as taxi cost £9 each way .

The hotel was clean comfortable good that you could park your car there The food was terrible had scampi and chips to well done hard not good to try eat and expensive for froozen scampi .froozen chips £14 What a waste prices high for bad food breakfast was not much better scramble egg was like rubber and dryed up staff was nice hotel was fine just not the food
