What is included in a LEGOLAND® holiday from Holiday Extras Breaks?

The final price displayed is the total cost, including VAT, for your LEGOLAND tickets and a hotel stay with breakfast for all the members of your party.

Does my LEGOLAND package include entry to LEGOLAND events taking place during my visit?

If you have LEGOLAND tickets on the same day as a special event, your ticket includes entry to the event too.

When is the cheapest time to visit LEGOLAND?

The prices for our LEGOLAND holidays vary throughout the year. Booking outside of the school holidays is often cheaper and the park is emptier. Sign up to our mailing list to receive all of our latest offers which often apply to specific off-peak dates.

What is the difference between peak and off-peak dates at LEGOLAND?

Peak dates fall within the school holidays and bank holidays. LEGOLAND rides and attractions are open during both peak and off-peak dates.

Does LEGOLAND have a hotel?

What will happen if the weather at LEGOLAND is bad during my visit?

In the case of high winds, thunder or lightning some of the outdoor rides and attractions at LEGOLAND may close due to health and safety. But don't worry — there's also a selection of indoor attractions to enjoy. Holiday Extras Breaks will not issue any refunds due to inclement weather.

Can we enter and exit LEGOLAND throughout the day?

If you wish to leave LEGOLAND and re-enter the same day you must have your hand stamped at the entrance turnstiles. If you fail to obtain a handstamp you will not be readmitted to the park. Your ticket is not proof to re-enter LEGOLAND.

Do over 60s get a discount on LEGOLAND packages?

We do not offer a further discount for over 60s.

Is LEGOLAND suitable for disabled guests?

The pathways at LEGOLAND are level and suitable for wheelchair users, however some areas are steep and guests may require additional assistance. Alternatively, the Hill Train provides access around LEGOLAND. Some rides and attractions may not be suitable due to health and safety restrictions. A full Accessibility Guide can be obtained from Guest Services in the park. Please be aware that we do not offer a discounted rate for disabled guests or carers.

What is the Ride Access policy at LEGOLAND?

LEGOLAND's Ride Access Passes are reserved for guests who struggle with the concept of queuing, have difficulties with social interaction, may become agitated or distressed when waiting for long periods, and have a limited capacity to understand emotions.

Guests with a registered disability are not automatically guaranteed a Ride Access Pass. Wheelchair users will not be issued a Ride Access Pass due to the level of accessibility in the park. A Ride Access Pass is not required for rides and attractions where wheelchair users gain access via the exit.

Ride Access Passes are issued based upon documents stating the nature of disability. Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letters, blue badges and orange badges will not be accepted as proof. Guests without the appropriate documentation will not be issued a Ride Access Pass. Examples of accepted documentation are: a doctor's letter, Association Membership details, Council run membership, or any other document that states the nature of disability. Guests who qualify for a Ride Access Pass must report to Guest Services (either in The Beginning or Heartlake City) with photographic identification and the relevant documentation. Guests will be required to sign a Ride Access Pass declaration. Documentation for Ride Access Passes will need to be presented every season.

Does LEGOLAND have qualified first-aiders?

Yes. The LEGOLAND First Aid building is positioned in Heartlake City where qualified first-aiders are available to help and advise guests.

What is the nearest train station to LEGOLAND Windsor?

The nearest train station to LEGOLAND Windsor is Windsor and Eton station, which is approximately 3 miles from LEGOLAND.

What time do buses go to and from LEGOLAND?

The first bus to LEGOLAND leaves Windsor at 10am, and the last bus from LEGOLAND leaves 30 minutes after the park has closed. There is a shuttle bus to LEGOLAND that stops near Windsor & Eton Central and Windsor & Eton Riverside train station. The shuttle bus takes approximately 15 minutes and is a chargeable service that is not operated by the park.

How much is parking at LEGOLAND Windsor?

Parking at LEGOLAND Windsor is charged at £5 per car (subject to change). Priority parking costs £10 per car, unless booked online in advance. The priority parking car park is open 09:00 to 12:30.

Do I have to pay for rides at LEGOLAND?

Your ticket to LEGOLAND includes access to all of the rides at LEGOLAND and the majority of the attractions. Machines in the arcades and trampolines incur an additional fee.

What are the ride height restrictions at LEGOLAND?

How long will I have to queue for rides and attractions at LEGOLAND?

Queue times will vary throughout the day. The queue times are displayed on the information screens at The Beginning and in Heartlake City. To save time on queuing, you can purchase a Q-bot ticket.

Are there any shops in LEGOLAND?

There are retail shops and stands selling LEGO merchandise throughout the park.

Does LEGOLAND have a pushchair hire facility?

Double and single pushchairs are available to hire at LEGOLAND. Pushchair hire is located in The Beginning for £14 for a double pushchair and £9 for a single pushchair (subject to change and availability).

What is the smoking policy at LEGOLAND?

Smoking is not allowed at LEGOLAND Windsor, except in the designated smoking area opposite the Fire Academy in LEGO City.

Does LEGOLAND have lockers?

Lockers are available at LEGOLAND and are subject to availability. The lockers are positioned close to the main entrance in The Beginning, in the Imagination Centre and in DUPLO Valley. The lockers require a £1 coin, which is non-refundable. All items are left at the owner's risk.

Do the restaurants at LEGOLAND Windsor cater for special dietary requirements?

Guests with special dietary requirements are advised to contact LEGOLAND at least 24 hours before visiting the park. Please email [email protected]

Does LEGOLAND have baby care facilities?

Yes, baby changing facilities are available throughout LEGOLAND. There is also a dedicated Baby Care Centre in the First Aid building in Heartlake City, which offers parents a private place to feed and change babies. Baby food is available at some of the restaurants at LEGOLAND; please check with a member of staff or check the Park Guide by the entrance.

Does LEGOLAND have a water park?

LEGOLAND is home to DUPLO Valley which includes an outdoor water play area.

Does LEGOLAND have a swimming pool?

LEGOLAND is home to DUPLO Valley which includes an outdoor water play area. The LEGOLAND Resort Hotel also has an indoor pirate-themed water play area for the use of LEGOLAND Resort Hotel guests.

Does LEGOLAND have a picnic area?

LEGOLAND Windsor has picnic benches throughout the park.

Does LEGOLAND have wifi?

LEGOLAND Windsor offers guests free wifi, powered by The Cloud.

Is LEGOLAND open in December?

The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is closed throughout December, but sign up here to find out about special events running at the LEGOLAND Resort Hotel throughout the winter.

Does LEGOLAND close in winter?

The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort usually closes in November and re-opens in March, but sign up here to find out about special events running at the LEGOLAND Resort Hotel throughout the winter. You can find the full 2015 opening times and dates on www.legoland.co.uk.

Is LEGOLAND suitable for toddlers?

There's something for everyone at LEGOLAND, with a number of rides and attractions designed with the littlest of LEGO lovers in mind. What do I need to bring with me to enter LEGOLAND?

To enter LEGOLAND, you will need to bring a printed copy of your LEGOLAND tickets which will be attached to your email booking confirmation in a PDF format. The lead name on the booking will also need to bring photographic identification or a credit card.
