How do I book just LEGOLAND® tickets?

To book just LEGOLAND tickets, please contact LEGOLAND directly on 0845 373 2640 or visit their website.

I have LEGOLAND vouchers, can I use this when booking my LEGOLAND short break with Holiday Extras Breaks?

No, we do not accept any promotional ticket-only LEGOLAND vouchers. To use these, you would need to pay locally at LEGOLAND. When booking with Holiday Extras Breaks, you get a second day absolutely free (terms and conditions apply). You can sign up to our mailing list to get the latest LEGOLAND deals and offers delivered to your inbox.

What should I do if I experience problems booking my LEGOLAND short break online?

How will I receive my LEGOLAND tickets?

Your LEGOLAND tickets will be attached to your booking confirmation which will be emailed to the email address supplied when booking. Your tickets will be attached as a PDF and you will need to print them to present at the LEGOLAND entrance.

How will I receive my LEGOLAND booking confirmation if I do not have an email address?

Please call our Customer Experience Team on 0800 093 2547 and we can arrange for your booking confirmation and LEGOLAND tickets to be posted to you.

What name should I book my LEGOLAND short break under?

Your LEGOLAND holiday should be booked under the name of lead member of your party.

What should I do if I have not received my LEGOLAND booking confirmation?

If you still haven't received your booking confirmation 24 hours after completing your booking, please call our Customer Experience Team on 0800 093 2547 and we will re-send it to you.

What should I do if I am unable to print my LEGOLAND tickets and booking confirmation?

Please call our Customer Experience Team on 0800 093 2547 and we can arrange for your confirmation to be posted to you.

How is my personal information protected?

All of the personal details you provide when booking are protected by a secure server software layer SSL (Secure Socket Layers). This means it is impossible for anyone else to access this information as it is fully encrypted. A firewall is also in place to protect information from the internet. We will never ask for your PIN number and we do not retain live records of your personal details or card information on our web servers after your transaction has completed. Your personal details and card information will not be shared with any other organisation or company.

Payment Questions


Why has the price of my LEGOLAND holiday increased since my first search?

As we work on a live system, the prices of our LEGOLAND short breaks can go up or down depending on availability. The price of your LEGOLAND package will be confirmed at the time of booking, but it may change if you do not confirm your booking straight away. All of our prices are subject to change and availability.

How do I pay for my LEGOLAND short break?

Full payment will be taken once you have entered your credit or debit card details at the payment stage. We accept Visa, Visa Debit (Delta), Visa Electron and MasterCard. Please be aware that credit cards are subject to a non-refundable charge. We are unable to accept personal cheques.

Will I be charged any additional booking fees?

No, we do not charge booking fees. Please be aware that credit cards are subject to a surcharge that is non-refundable.

Why am I being charged a credit card fee?

Credit card companies charge a fee when you pay with one of their cards, and therefore an additional charge of 2% of the total amount is incurred. This is a non-refundable charge of a minimum amount of £1.50 and a maximum amount of £19.95. Paying by credit / charge card confirms you accept this additional charge. No charge applies to payments via debit card.

Cancellation & Amendment Questions


Do you offer cancellation protection?

We do not offer cancellation protection.

What do I do if I need to cancel my booking?

Should you need to cancel your LEGOLAND holiday, please contact our Customer Experience Team on 0800 093 2547. An administration fee of £15.00 per room per night applies to cancellations.

What is your refund policy?

No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 24 hours of the date of your entrance to the park, within 24 hours or after of the date of your hotel stay, or for part-used stays. For all other cancellations an administration fee of £15.00 per room per night will be charged.

Can I change a name on my booking?

Yes, please call our Customer Experience Team on 0800 093 2547 and we can get the name on your booking changed for you.

Can I amend my booking?

Please contact our Customer Experience Team on 0800 093 2547 as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your existing booking and rebook to match your requirements. Please be aware we cannot guarantee availability and the price of your new LEGOLAND package may be different to your original one. Any amendments made within 24 hours of the date of your park entry or hotel stay will be treated as a cancellation and charges will apply.
