- Everything was "as described". Very helpful staff. Drop off & Pick up arrangements for car worked perfectly as did the mini bus service to and from the ferry port at Dover.

- We arrived at the Car Park running late from our ferry and were able to drop off the car really quickly. Staff were extremely helpful and they dropped us off at the ferry with our 2 bikes. Would definitely use again.

- I am very impressed with Rely on car parking at Dover. Looked after my merc very well. Dropped and picked us from the coach park on time. The best one was they even washed my car and kept it ready while collecting. I would highly recommend them

- Very helpful and friendly staff at Relyon. Good and timely transfers to and from the port. Only minor negative comment would be the appearance of a very large 'splodge' that appeared on the side of the car whilst in their possession. It may have been an enormous bird, it was by the sea after all(!), but it looks more like a big mud-ball was thrown at the car. That said, I would use them again.

- Very quick drop off of our car and clear instructions from the staff about the collection procedure. Shuttle bus dropped us to port immediately - other companies we’ve used in Dover have kept us waiting so they could fill up the van with other customers before going to the port.
On our return to Dover, I called the office when we were about 20 mins from docking and was asked to call back when we’d actually docked. I called back after we’d actually disembarked but the pick up van was already waiting for us at arrivals.

- One week with Relyon parking for the Dover Ferry went very smoothly, the ffacilities were as expected and the staff very helpful. No frills obviously for the price, but it was safe parking with reliable delivery and pick-up from the Ferry passenger terminal.
