Mexico Airport Transfers - FAQs
- When you book your Mexico Airport transfer, you'll get an email confirmation - remember to keep this in a safe place as it has all your transfer details on it and you may need to show your driver when you land.
- Once you've landed and got all your bags, your transfer will be waiting for you.
- Shuttle bus transfer - a travel representative will show you to your transfer. They'll either be in arrivals or outside of the airport.
- Private transfer - meet your driver at arrivals or at the assigned desk (full details are on your email confirmation if you're unsure)
There's no need to panic if your flight is delayed into Mexico - there's a contact number to call on your e-ticket. Give that a call and they will help you as much as they can.
What do I do when it's time to come home?- Shared shuttle transfers - your transfer representative at the airport will have all the info for your return transfer.
- Private transfers - your e-ticket has all the pick up details you need on it.
- Please be ready for your return transfer at least 15 minutes before it leaves to make sure it runs as smoothly as possible.
