Need to know

APH are highly experienced and trusted car-parking specialists.

APH Drop and Go is around a 14-minute shuttle ride to the airport. The bus runs every 30 mins, 24/7, on the hour and half past the hour and is included in the price.

On arrival, you'll be shown where to leave your car and check-in at reception, where you'll drop your keys off. APH will park your car for you while you catch the shuttle right to the terminal.

When you return the shuttle will pick you up where it dropped you off.

The APH team consistently receive good reviews. There's always someone there to help should you need it.

Electric vehicle charging

Electric vehicle charging is available at this car park, however you will need to book an option with electric vehicle charge included to ensure that there is availability and that your car will be charged.

Maximum vehicle dimensions

2m wide x 2.1m high x 5m long.

The car park cannot accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the above maximum dimensions.

Accessibility

The car park accommodates people in wheelchairs.

• Accessible toilets plus well-lit bus shelters.
• The buses lower, and have ramps and space for a wheelchair.

Facilities

Recently refurbished with well-lit, heated bus shelters and check-in area, toilets with baby-changing facilities, live departure board and luggage scales. There's free wifi throughout, including on the buses.

The car park is secured by:

The small print:

If you're planning on returning early, please try to give the car park as much notice as possible so they can have your car ready for you.

Early or late? The car park offer a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12.50 per day. Please note this is subject to change.

Getting to and from airport

Arrival process

When you reach the car park, the barrier will lift automatically and you'll be able to drive straight to the drop-off area. Remember to take note of your lane number.

Check in at reception or, if you prefer, use one of the self-service kiosks. You'll be given a ticket that you'll need to keep until you return.

Drop your keys into the key-drop box outside reception and catch the shuttle bus to the terminal.

The shuttle is included in the price, has free wifi on-board, and runs every 30 minutes, 24/7, on the hour and half past the hour. The journey takes around 14 minutes.

Picking up your car

Catch the shuttle bus from where it dropped you off.

Back at the car park, go to the Check-out shelter with your ticket and follow the instructions on the key dispenser which will return your keys and tell you where your car is parked.

If you lose your ticket, don't worry. Simply take your photo ID to reception where help is always on hand should you need it.
