- One waiting room and one seated area are available
- Step-free access covers the whole station
- There is only 1 member of staff at the station. Level access to all the platforms and ramps are available but they need to be pre booked via the customer relations department on 0845 00 00 125.
- There is a passenger operated lift which is available at the back of the station.
- Bradford Forster Square is fine for wheelchair passengers during station staffing times. Out of staffing times Bradford Interchange is nearby with better facilities.
