Arrival at Stansted Pink Elephant Park and Refresh
Take a ticket and park in one of the Pink Elephant marked bays, located in the last right turn after the barrier. Walk into the Hilton hotel, turn left and follow the Pink Elephant signs to the car park office to check in. Once you're ready to leave, hop on the bus transfer to the terminal. Transfers take 8 to 10 minutes, run every half hour between 04:15 and 00:45 and cost £1 per person (free for under 16s). If you need to arrive between 01:00 and 04:00 please call the number provided on your confirmation to arrange collection.

On your return to Stansted Pink Elephant Park and Refresh
On return follow signs for the coach station and Stand 27. Take the Hilton transfer bus back to the hotel which runs every half hour from 04:30 to 01:00. When you get back to the car park, collect your keys from the car park office who will issue an exit ticket and direct you to your vehicle.

Please follow the instructions carefully and make sure you go to the correct place, as no refunds will be given if you park in the Long Stay car park by mistake. Pink Elephant will be charging £1.00 per person each way for transfers to and from the terminal. Under 16s will not be charged.
