Waited over 25 mins from call to collecting car so executive? Was then told need to pay £2 on exit, your paperwork said £1. Staff said I wasn't given one of these on arrival (pointing to card, he was the driver who received our car. When questioned said done blame me only a driver.

Paid top price of £70 for a week’s ‘meet and greet’ parking your premium range, the service was less then helpful by on-site staff and to top it all... we then had to pay an extra £1 to exit the car park!

Happy with the service. Bit worried about what we would do if the flight was delayed on return as, if the flight had been delayed too much and the operator closed at 11pm, we would have been stuck!

Was very disappointed to find my car returned covered in bird mess. I understand you cant control the environment but surely if you saw this it could have been wiped over. The car was only with you a day and this was very disappointing. I have a booking for next week with you and I am considering cancelling.

Airport was closed due to snow, was charged extra. When I arrived at the airport (by coach from Manchester) I waited 30 minutes for my car to be delivered. I called ahead one hour before arrival and gave an accurate estimated time of arrival. What's the point of paying £40+ for a meet and greet when I would have been quicker and cheaper using the pay and display?

When arrived back in England and collected my car I was given a ticket to get out the car park.The attendant told me I would need to pay £1 to leave the car park. Having only just arrived back in the uk I had no change on me nor my credit card. I have used your services before and never had to pay to get out the car park. Surely that should be included in the price I paid when I made the booking. Very unhappy and angered me as soon as I got to the car

All staff were helpful. The only downside was having to pay £1.00 to exit the car park. It was my understanding that all this was covered in the cost of the parking meet & greet package.

everything went smoothly yes, but was a little annoyed having paid rate quoted to have to pay another £1 at the car park exit. Not even pre-warned about this, so not impressed.

Where to start, can’t explain but I felt uneasy about parking when my confirmation did not arrive by post, then I phoned and asked what the procedure was but was not told to go to the pick-up area. I phoned as soon as I arrived and not only did they tell me off for not phoning 20 mins before arrival, I explained that I couldn’t stop on a motorway so was not able to do that. It was 11am when I arrived and phoned and they didn’tcome Until 11.30 and told me I had to pay £4 which in fact was £6 and then to cap it all I had to pay a£1 to exit the car park. I will not be using them again or recommending them but the way I object be calling Mr.

Couldn’t get through on phone so charged an extra £4 for not giving 20 minutes notice! Driver extremely rude and threatened to ‘walk away’ if we didn’t pay! Will never use again.

We had to wait for minutes for our car to be brought back to us after phoning to say we'd landed and collected our luggage because they had 'mislaid the car keys'. We phoned them twice when the promised mins had elapsed and the first time they said there was a delay because 'the car had been blocked in'. They had my number but did not call to tell me there would be a delay.

Having provided my flight details and called to let you know my flight had landed as soon as I left the airplane, I still had to wait mins until my car arrived. The whole reason I booked this service was to prevent this due to travelling with my 5 and 3 year old plus my 4 month old. In mins I could have collect my car my self.

The car delivery on return was slow. Your documentation on what to do when returning was contradictory. It was annoying to have to pay to exit the car park when your documentation made no mention of this.
