Virgin Atlantic have announced a boost in capacity for summer 2009 with the addition of twice weekly flights from Manchester airport to Barbados as well as flights to Orlando.

The extra Saturday services operating from Manchester to Barbados will begin on the 2nd of May and 7th of November 2009 and will be added to their current Sunday departures on sale. They will be flown with an Airbus A340-300.

Those passengers looking for flights from Manchester to Orlando will see extra seats available between the 26th of April and 8th of November 2009, as well as a brand new service operating on a Sunday. These flights will be aboard one of the airlines Boeing 747-400 aircraft.

With the inclusion of this new service, Virgin Atlantic will be operating flights ten times a week between the two cities.

If you wish to make a booking for one of these new flights then they are available through Virgin Atlantic for departure in 2009.
