Access to Luton airport should get easier next month thanks to improvements to the drop-off zone.
The public transport interchange, drop-off zone and short-term car park are all being redeveloped and the work should be completed by April 29.
The drop-off zone has been moved to give people more space to unload their luggage, and has extra drop-off spaces, improved lighting and a lane for private coaches and limousines. There are also larger bays for passengers with reduced mobility.
You can stay in the drop-off zone for up to 10 minutes and there is a charge of £1 to enter.
Passengers can be dropped off for free in the mid-term car park, and from there they will be transferred to the terminal for free.
If you need to park for longer than 10 minutes, you can use the short-term car park next to the drop-off zone. You have to pay, but prices are being reduced.
Nic Horton, the airport's general manager for projects and development, said: "We have made this investment so that getting to the airport is easier and more convenient for all our passengers.
"Dropping passengers off can be stressful, so we have given careful consideration to providing the right facilities and giving people enough time to unload in a secure environment.
"Making a small charge reminds drivers of the 10-minute time allocation and keeps the traffic flowing."
Payments can be made by cash or credit card.
