Arrival Procedures
Pull up to the car park's entrance barrier and you'll see a box next to you with instructions on how to scan your voucher. Hold the square, patterned bar code on your confirmation up to the scanner as it asks you to. The box will give you a ticket, which you will need to keep hold of until you get back. The barrier will then lift and you can drive into the car park and pick a free space. Once you've parked, follow signs to catch the car park's bus to the terminal. It runs when it's needed and takes 4 minutes. Skis, bikes, surfboards, canoes and other large objects that won't fit into the luggage racks can't be carried on the transfer buses. If the barrier doesn't lift when you scan your code, then just press the button and the box will print a ticket for you to take and the barrier will lift. You'll then need to take the ticket to the parking information desk in the Departures area of the airport terminal. Follow signs for Hall A. The team at the desk will tell you what to do to avoid being charged twice for your parking, so please make sure you let them know your confirmation didn't work. Interest may even be added to the second payment.
Departure Procedures
When you get back, catch the bus to the car park from where it dropped you off and find your car where you left it. Drive to the exit barrier and put your ticket in the slot to get out.
