I tried to cancel and obtain a credit as soon I was informed that Spain had closed its borders to the UK. I spend hours waiting in queues for “lives chats”. The outcome was (fairly inevitably) that the flight had left, so my booking was considered a no show. I know the flight wasn’t cancelled, but no-one except Spanish Nationals or Residents could fly. Being told a few hours before departure obviously doesn’t leave time to cancel, but the way it was handled (or wasn’t really) at your end was most unsatisfactory. The situation was not your fault, but it most certainly wasn’t mine, yet I get to lose £69.

The parking was a great location and within close walking distance to the airport entrance. Unfortunately we were unable to fly so had to return home after 4 hours. It was disappointing that the parking couldn't be amended to shorten the stay and postpone the remaining days.

Booked a car park at eat Midlands airport from the 03/11/2020 to tye 17/11/2020 and when I arrived they told me at the car park that I was only booked in for that day and no refund and then had to pay a further £95 not happy at all,

No, I purchased Overstay insurance. Our flight was delayed 1 day, I paid £15 to exit the car park but could not get a receipt from the machine. You have refused to repay my money! I am extremely annoyed and feel I've been conned.

Unable to contact anyone by phone to amend a booking, in these times of change, sometimes it’s necessary to vary a booking. Online chat not much help, After contacting East Midlands airport direct, they bent over backwards to amend my parking and extend it. Not worth saving 10 quid for the hassle with holiday extras

Not at all as expected I booked 2 weeks 23oct to 06nov my flight cancelled with jet 2 on return 1 day late but I covered by paying with long stay midlands for that expected contingency.
Surprise you advised at 10.30 on 22nd of oct that you changing my parking to and with full information to cover me for parking due to yours not being available because of planned refurb on 2nov !? But 1 I got in by waiting approx 5 mins I could not get out on 7th as plane cancelled from 6th I was covered ! I thought after various attempts from 8.32pm pressing button for help with no response at all i offered my card proximity wise and eventually entered card 3 times i gave up no response forced to climb a kerb very cautiously i managed after 5 minutes to mount after scraping my car underneath along kerb top damage yet unknown i will be claiming for damage incurred when established i was able to squeeze passed by closing my mirrors in so caused no damage but i felt like ripping barrier away but resisted because i expected an imm response when i was seen passing barrier none!# resp. At all i will post this naming you as an organisation and parking company for ineptitude i want an apology and there had better not be an attempt to charge for my card being proximity used or entered but i was not asked for pin but would have paid again just get away home very stressful on top of fiasco with trip.com and cancelled flights from jet 2 they also have to answer :

As lockdown takes hold from the 6th Nov for the forseeable future - how about offering deals to the aircrew who have to use your carparking. These are the same crew who have paid full whack throughout.

Had to stop a week extra due to illness, attempted to extend car park,spoke to your online chat. No help at all, she told me, I will have to pay£20 per day on return. Absolutely shocking

Had to change my parking times & the online help was excellent, responded quickly & sorted everything. However did feel the offer of free holiday money misleading as you have to make a purchase to get it . But overall easy to purchase & use the parking & will use again

Just want to say the staff was really helpful over the phone when I called and panicked I put my pick up time as the time I landed. I did t want a late fee or anything but the person on the phone really assured me this wouldn’t happen. Really happy with the services I was provided with will defiantly use this company again to park my car at the airport
