Passengers should simply tell the retailer they would like to use the service and request a receipt. After they have returned from their trip their shopping can be collected from either the South or North Terminal Shopping Collection desks located in the arrivals halls. Alternative collection points are in operation outside of normal opening times (06.00 - 21.00).
For those travellers who hate lugging heavy bags, Gatwick Meet and Greet parking service is ideal. A chauffeur driver will meet them at the terminal and park their car while they check in. On the passenger's return their car will be driven to the terminal for them to load up and drive home.
