The driver took a circuitous route in both journeys. Going , to avoid possible roadworks. Return,to deliver other passengers to other parks. We just wanted to go quickly from a to b.

Yes great reliable service. We couldn't find the car park at first but the lady at the booth gave us directions over the phone. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend Speed park for your airport parking.

The car park was very easy to find, the staff were nice and friendly, we waited for 2 minutes and the transfer to the airport took 5 minutes. On our return the bus was waiting outside the front door. This service was excellent

We booked with speedway. Very smooth booking. Parked no problem. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Short wait for transfer and bus was waiting for us when we arrived back at the airport. No problems and good price! Very happy with the service.

It was smooth enough parking the car but on return was a shambles. Arrived back at 4.30am and it was a free for all for the buses outside with no organisation. We were then driven around 3 car parks dropping others off before getting to our car park. So really our 5 min shuttle service turned into a 20 min tour of nearby car parks. NEVER AGAIN

Took a bit longer to be collected on return journey but apparently problems with traffic due to gas leak which was obviously out of your control. Maybe if we had been sent a text, as you had our mobile number, we would have been a little more understanding and not have given the driver such a hard time.

On arriving back we phoned to be picked up and found it was an answer machine. We waited for half an hour to be picked up and no bus arrived. A nice man from another bus company offered to take us.

This is the 2nd time I have used Speed Park and it will be the last. Each time upon return to Glasgow Airport I have waited/ mins on a pick up due to lack of drivers or vehicles not being big enough . Also another criticism I have is the buses used do not say Speed Park on them so you have to chase down each bus asking Drivers if they also service this company. In fairness to Speed Park there staff are very nice , polite and helpful.

We phoned to inform of our arrival & waited for the transport. It never arrived after a long wait. One lady waited minutes & transport to parking did not arrive. We waited minutes then a Parking Direct bus arrived and luckily the driver was kind enough to drive us to speed park for our cars. In total there were 5 passengers/customers of Speed Park. It was minus 3 degrees C as we waited for transport to arrived. Very, very disappointed and we will not book at Speed Park again

Staff available and polite. Pick up at airport promptly. Close to airport. Drivers very helpful. Having to park and then get out of car to find out where to park car produced some delay - instructions said parking bay would be displayed on entry.

The bus never turned up to pick us up even after repeated phone calls to machine. Another transfer company felt sorry for us as they had been round 3 times while we were still waiting - SO THEY TOOK US TO YOUR CAR PARK TO COLLECT OUR VEHICLE!!
