You should call Maple Manor on 01293 652 299 and choose option 1 around 20 minutes before you arrive (which will normally be when you're on the M23). If you're running more than 15 minutes late, you should let them know then. Drive to the terminal's Short Stay car park and at the barrier, take a ticket and drive through. Head to the Short Stay car park and take a ticket from the barrier, then at the North terminal, go to car park 6 on level 1 and look for the Approved Operator area surrounded by blue cones. You'll see a uniformed Maple Manor driver waiting for you. Make sure to take all of your belongings out of the car before you leave. The driver will check your car over for damage and you'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information. All you need to do then is head to check-in while your car is parked for you in a secured car park.
Once you've collected your luggage, call 01293 652 299 and choose option 1. You'll be given instructions on where to meet your driver. Then when you've gone through security, all you need to do is head to the Short Stay car park, where you dropped your car off, collect your car and go home. If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.
