Customers with First Choice have voted the check-in procedure at Exeter to be the best in the country. In a survey taken over seven days at 22 airports the customers were asked 80 questions about a range of topics on their holiday. Exeter International beat airports such as Bristol, Cardiff, Gatwick and Manchester to the number one spot for check-in, one that it shares with East Midlands Airport.
Exeter also did well in other categories, finishing in second and third for general service at the airport and terminal announcements.
