Arrival Procedures
The car park has automatic number plate recognition - so make sure you give us your car registration number when you book. The machine at the entry barrier will recognise your number plate and give you a ticket with your registration number and booking reference on. Keep the ticket safe, as you'll need it when you leave the car park. If the barrier doesn't lift automatically, you should press the intercom button. Park your car, making a note of which zone you're in and the nearest bus stop. Then just wait at the bus stop for the shuttle bus. The bus runs between 5am and 11.30pm - outside these times, just press the intercom button at the payment machine or the entry barrier to ask for a bus to come and pick you up.
Departure Procedures
Catch the shuttle bus back to the car park from stand 20 outside the terminal (just follow the signs for transfer buses). If it's between 11.30pm and 5am, you'll need to call the car park to let them know you need to be picked up - there's a free phone you can use in domestic arrivals. When you get to the car park, just drive to the exit barrier and put your ticket in the slot, and the barrier will let you out. If this doesn't work, press the intercom button. Make sure you have a copy of your booking confirmation with you.
