Arrival Procedures
Please phone 07894 405753 10 to 15 minutes before you arrive at Bristol International. Follow the signs to the drop-off car park next to the terminal and take a ticket at the entrance barrier. The concierge will meet you in the car park. He or she will check your car for damage, confirm your return flight details with you, and give you the phone number to call when you return from holiday. Then just walk into the terminal through the covered walkway.
Departure Procedures
Once you've come through Customs, just call the car park on the number you were given when you dropped your car off. Your car will be brought back to the drop-off car park.
