With the coach should of been 60 mins transfer this reason I took it and payed extra but it was a big coach and took 2 hours 30 mins will not use this again when I go to the same place next year plus I didn’t use the service bk to the airport no happy with this service

It was difficult to find a space to park on arrival as so many cars had parked outside the lines. I thought we might not get a spot. The parking was well located to both departures and arrivals.

Used the parking for two weeks at Bournemouth airport . New which car park to use , Barrier open on arriving and most importantly opened at end of parking booking. Using the app to amend arrive time was a great help . Well done Holiday extras

Easy car parking just follow the signs find a space and park, then walk to the terminal which took 2 mins Couldn’t be easier

On arrival my car number plate was not recognised so, to gain entry, I had to take a yellow token. I was told to go to airport information desk on my return to resolve. My return flight was 30 minutes delayed and I waited 20 minutes at the information desk but no one came. I called across to the man who was there to check passports (the room was empty and he was stood idle) to ask for help and he rudely told me not to shout!!! I left without getting help and had to press the buzzer at the barrier to exit. I encountered the girl who was meant to be on the information desk who was just as rude. She told me she was gone from her seat for 10 minutes - I WAITED 20 MINUTES AND SHE NEVER RETURNED! I eventually exited the car park hot, late and very disappointed in the total lack of customer service from both who I spoke to.

The last 3 times I booked with holiday extras using Bournemouth Airport, car park 2 twice and car park 3 i was able to enter the car parks easy, but on return the barrier wouldn't raise, WHY? Bournemouth Airport closes up so no-one to help, it just didn't read my number plate on exit, ht15fke , this needs to be fixed, after returning from holiday i don't need this.

Spent at least 15 minutes at barrier trying to sort out our pre- paid parking , eventually she found it and lets us out. We had cars behind us it was all very embarrassing

I am a long term customer and cheerleader of their airport car parking. My most recent experience has made me question if I have misplaced my loyalty. So, we arrive at Bournemouth airport at 3:45am for our flight. We arrive early, as advised, due to the additional COVID travel checks. HE advised us to park in car park 2 as 3 was shut. HE also advised us NOT to take a token from the machine, under no circumstances should we do this otherwise we'll be charged. The ANPR barriers do not lift. No one answers the 'help' button and there is NO out of hours contact for HE. 30 minutes later I was fortunate to locate 3 airport staff members who advised me to take the token from the barrier and visit airport information when they open at 04:35 and I might still have time to make it through security and to my flight. Luckily for me I am the first person in the queue at airport information and the lady covering the desk was lovely. She advised me that this is a COMMON problem as HE are great at advising customers of changes, less so at actually updating the systems which operate the barriers. Suggestions - 1. Make sure you update ALL systems when you make changes. 2. Update your instructions to advise that in the event of an issue, take the token. 3. Consider an out of hours number to manage exceptional issues. 4. Ask the airports to place a laminate sign on the barriers to advise people what to do if there are issues. Travelling at the moment is stressful enough. HE fell MASSIVELY short of the level of service I expect and in my opinion need to focus on getting service basics right for the customer. COVID and remote working cannot be used as an excuse for poor service. Unfortunately I've already pre-booked with HE for an Oct trip. I can't wait to see if we have the same issue again. If we do then I'll be raising formal complaint into the HE senior team.

We found it very difficult to find the off airport location to return our car. We then find that the staff there would not answer phone calls very easily and when we did speak to them they did not seem to know where we were and could not direct us to their premises. They did not know the road or road junctions. There were Portuguese and their English was not good enough. Most travelling people speak English. The company Centauro have withheld part of the fuel deposit because they say the fuel tank was not full but the gauge showed full! We used some petrol trying to find them and in the end had to go to Faro airport. They should pay for any fuel used as they were not available on the phone and their directions were not helpful.

Car park was fine. I would not book a taxi through holiday extras again for our holiday destination. No one was there to greet us and I had to travel to various stands to find out how we get the taxi as nothing was advertised or organised for us.
