- Escape Lounge Sorry to say we didn't have much time in the lounge because of queues at the luggage check-in. There were also queues for the lounge of people without reservations even though the signs were saying the lounge was full. Signage for those with reservations wasn't particularly clear.

- Escape Lounge We had very little time In the lounge. Although we booked we had to stand in line for a while before we could gain entrance. There were no departure boards in the lounge or announcements which meant that we went to our departure gate an hour before our flight time as directed and the plane had been delayed by approx 1 hour 40 mins and we were stuck in the departure lounge where NOTHING was open. We would have been better off in the main building. Also the staff in the VIP lounge were not very welcoming and left us standing around.

- Escape Lounge Arrived later than expected due to train delays. Selection of hot food very limited. Staff seem to always be friendly and helpful but wouldn’t say it’s good value for the money.

- Escape Lounge Staff were lovely, we booked escape lounge so we could stay away from the crowds at the airport because we were visiting a relative that just finished chemotherapy, we were extremely let down by the fact that we still had to re-enter the main airport to use the toilets!!! Made the booking pointless

- Escape Lounge Easy to find. Staff very helpful and friendly. Car looked after well. No waiting or queuing when dropping of and picking up. Very organised. Will definitely use again.

- Escape Lounge Dreading spending hours in the terminal we thought it would be a good idea to stay in a lounge, what a great decision. We will definitely be doing it again when we next go away.

- Escape Lounge Lounge very relaxing. Breakfast and drinks choice good. No toilet facilities (apart from disabled), for the price we pay you should have access to toilets and not have to leave the lounge and walk to general airport toilets.

- Escape Lounge Staff were very helpful explained all the facilities available, food was plentiful and tasty, a very good way to start a holiday. I will definitely use again.
