  • Club Aspire Terminal 3 - Read more Club Aspire Terminal 3 reviews Although my wife and I have used airport lounges before, it was the first time my two children, aged 19 and 17, had used one. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast facilities on offer, and did keep returning to the pastry section for more! The drinks were good too, and it was the first time i had seen Stella on draught in a lounge. We had comfortable seats, and all in all i cant think of anything to be negative about. We will definitely use a Lounge again.

  • Club Aspire Terminal 3 The lounge was over subscribed and seating was all occupied when we arrived and yet more people were just waiting to be processed to come through - the selection of food was disappointing and cold - so it all I would not use this particular lounge again.

  • Club Aspire Terminal 3 Very poor quality food provided....not enough cutlery....food ran out and there was overcrowding in the lounge. Definitely not worth the money charged....in fact it was a disgrace. Could be so much better.....standards are very poor and the staff just dont seem to car

  • Club Aspire Terminal 3 The lounge was lovely, food was nice, only I would recommend at the moment as we had less then an hour in there due to it taking over 3 hrs to check in and get though security

  • Club Aspire Terminal 3 It was certainly better than sitting in a very crowded airport. However we were shown to a small table next to other folk when there were other tables that were situated in the window area with sofas etc. I asked if I could move to one of these tables , which were empty, and was told that they were for groups of four. However, a couple were shown to the sofa when there were tables such as mine available. I asked the receptionist if there was a different cost to book a sofa seat and he said no. This anomaly needs to be sorted.
    Waiting staff were very helpful and cleared tables quickly.

  • Club Aspire Terminal 3 When we got to the lounge there was a language barrier and she didn’t understand our booking. The woman who took us to the table wanted to sit us with a lot of others but there were 3 empty tables by the window so I asked could we have one. She said she was waiting for a party of 12 to turn up but whilst we were there they never turned up. The only other place was supposed to be the quiet area but it wasn’t and we ended up being seated separately. Not happy, wouldn’t use again

  • Club Aspire Terminal 3 Felt quite restrictive, not enough tables and chairs for the amount of people consequently 3 people sitting at the bar without drinks all on their devices making it very difficult to get drinks

  • Club Aspire Terminal 3 More staff needed! Lots of dirty plates, cups cutlery etc left on tables not being cleared away and tables cleaned. Food containers left empty and not refilled for long periods of time

  • Club Aspire Terminal 3 The booking process was really easy although I did have to change lounges dues to flight time change. The Aspire was not as nice as the No 1 Lounge and was very overcrowded and not a quiet and pleasant at the NO 1 Lounge

  • Club Aspire Terminal 3 Very crowded with lots of walk ins accommodated which made it too busy. Also thought that food was not up to much - staff were good but were fighting a losing battle with number of customers using lounge at that time.
