As with all of the Plaza Premium Lounge's at Heathrow, the newest addition at Terminal 5 will not fail to impress. The decor is warm and welcoming and the space allows you to enjoy time away from the crowds.

The lounge really does have everything you need to enable you to sit comfortably for up to 6 hours before you're due to fly. There's WiFi, newspapers and magazines as well as a delicious selection of food and drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Children are welcome in the lounge and those under 2 years old may enter for free.

Dress code

The lounge has a smart casual dress code. Please be considerate of other guests and ensure your behaviour is reasonable at all times.

Food and drink

The lounge serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as drinks throughout the day from their fully tended bar.
For breakfast, there is a hot and cold buffet including hot food and assorted pastries, cereals, fruit and salad.
For lunch and dinner, there are hot meals, sandwiches, soup, salads and desserts.
There is a charge for any extra premium drinks such as champagne or prosecco.

Entertainment facilities

The lounge has plenty to keep you entertained with wifi, newspapers and magazines and TV.

Disabled facilities

The lounge is able to accommodate disabled passengers and offers a disabled shower.


The lounge can be found in Terminal 5 Departures on Level 2, next to Gate A7.
