- No1 Lounge, Birmingham It was quite busy when we arrived, but we still felt relaxed before our flight.
Only issue was the meal, we both had the chicken noodles but was very dry and don't know where the chicken was?, we didn't eat it.
So we had more of the snacks.Mrs Halpin 24 Sep, 2022
out of 5 - No1 Lounge, Birmingham Place was packed. Got sat near kids who were crying etc. I know kids do that, but was looking for s calmer, more gentle start to the holiday and to be honest, there was little difference to being packed in Wetherspoons.

Mr Mistry 16 Sep, 2022
out of 5 - No1 Lounge, Birmingham I placed a complaint as the NO1 Lounge was a disgrace. The lounge was over full. The bottles drinks were warm and nothing from the beer taps. The food wasn’t family orientated only a bit of pasta, curry and cheese and crackers. Mostly empty. We left and had to go somewhere else in the airport to eat.

Mrs Butterfield 28 Aug, 2022
out of 5 - No1 Lounge, Birmingham Comfortable seating space limited, long queues to get a drink at the bar, good was good but again limited, would be ideal to have more for the younger age group
Mrs Webster 28 Aug, 2022
out of 5 - No1 Lounge, Birmingham Totally unsatisfactory! On arrival we were informed that the 'lounge' was full having been over booked by the website agents...not the fault of the lounge staff. In response to being told there was a round a 30 minute likely wait, which was unacceptable, we were suddenly 'up-graded' to the 'club lounge'. It could be considered to be a generous resolution. The club room was awful, 15 minutes wait after which we asked if we could order food and drinks, I suspect our waiter had only started working there that morning, long waits for any refreshments, incorrect food offered....we would have been far better served (and quicker) at Burgerking...no offence to Burgerking. I have some experience of lounges at numerous airports around the world, this by far was the worst I have experienced. I bet you do not print this!
