Reviews of Best Western Everglades Liverpool John Lennon Airport

Please update your taxi fees to Liverpool airport from the hotels and advise travellers that they need to also pay a £4 drop off fee and a £4 pick up fee.

On booking it said that the taxi would be £15 each way. In fact it was £30 going to the airport and £27 on return. The taxi wasn’t booked for the return we were told to pick one up at the ai4port. Both taxis were on a meter and there was a drop off/ pick up charge. There may have been something about this in the small print but on booking nothing was said that the price would be approximate or in the range of. Very disappointing and expensive.

Room was a very good size, parking made very easy and staff exceptionally helpful. However the breakfast was not of a good standard compared to other hotels. We had recently stayed at a Holiday Inn and the breakfast at £7.50 each was outstanding. I would rate the breakfast here at £10 each as very basic. If they improve this, they would receive 10/10 from me!
