Watershed Restaurant

The convivial Watershed restaurant is a relaxed place for a bite to eat, whether you’re after a full a la carte dinner or just a simple light bite. The exposed beams and brick-built fireplace add a touch of character, while the contemporary furniture in classy purple shades and the modern music add a more brasserie-style feel.

Breakfast - Breakfast is served in the Watershed restaurant area. It’s a rather basic affair at which guests help themselves to cereals, fruit, white and brown toast. To drink there’s self-serve tea and coffee, milk and fruit juice. Some hot dishes are also available from the kitchen, including eggs any way you like them and a full English breakfast.

Dinner - There are several options for dinner at the Watershed. The bar snack menu has everything from pub grub staples such as burgers and ham, egg and chips to hearty jacket potatoes and sandwiches or baguettes, while the restaurant menu can be ordered a la carte or as a table d’hote for a fixed-price deal. The table d’hote offers three courses, with dishes such as chicken liver pate and baked salmon fillet, while the a la carte selection includes deep fried camembert, chicken supreme and a cracking sirloin steak. Whichever menu you choose your dinner from, orders are taken at the bar.
