Our app is so easy to use that one of our customers said his dog could use it. (We're not even joking.) But we still occasionally get questions about how it all works, so we've pulled a selection of frequently asked questions together here.

Q: Where can I download the app?
A: If you follow this link, you can give us your mobile number and we'll send it to you right away. Alternatively, if you're using an iPhone or other Apple device here's a link to their app store. If you're on an Android device, here's a link to the Google Play store.
Q: How do I see my bookings on the app?
A: Use your email address and password to log in. Once signed in, press 'My Bookings' on the app where you'll find your current booking, plus all previous bookings you've made with us. Our app lets you see all of your bookings even when you're offline, so you can always access the information while you're travelling, even if you've turned data off or there's no wifi.
Q: I have a technical problem with the app / can't find my booking
