Restaurant at the Novotel Birmingham airport

The Elements Restaurant at the Novotel Birmingham airport is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy a relaxing meal in this stylish restaurant. You'll find a bit of everything on the menu and there are vegetarian options too.
If you've got kids, they eat for half price from the main menu, or you can ask for the kids' menu.

Breakfast

Head down to the Elements Restaurant to fill up on breakfast before strolling to the terminal to check in. A buffet breakfast is available from 5am to 10am from Monday to Friday, and from 5am to noon on Saturdays and Sundays.
Eat as much as you like of the cooked breakfast items and continental ones too. It'll cost you £14.95 at the hotel, or you can add our breakfast upgrade to your booking for £14.50. If you're not someone who likes a cooked breakfast, go just for the continental breakfast at £10.95.

Dinner at the Novotel Birmingham airport

If you get peckish throughout the day...

...there's lots to keep your hunger at bay - sandwiches galore, traditional fish and chips, the Elements burger, Thai green chicken curry, steak and kidney pie, Caesar salad, three-egg omelette and roasted smoked haddock.
You could also nibble your way though one of the sharing platters - or have a whole one to yourself. There's an Indian sharing plate with tandoori chicken skewers, an onion bhaji, a vegetable samosa and mini poppadoms with mango chutney and mint yoghurt. There's an Oriental sharing plate with chicken satay, king prawns in filo pastry and mini duck and hoisin spring rolls with peanut sauce and sweet chilli dip. Or, there's a mezze sharing plate with mini lamb koftas, hummus, baba ganoush, olives and pitta bread.
These can be ordered all day from the bar. Some of the items on the menu can be ordered 24 hours a day.

Dinner

The Elements restaurant is open for dinner from 6pm to 10.30pm daily. Whether you just want a one-course meal or all three, you'll find a good selection on the menu.
For a starter, you could choose parma ham, seared fresh scallops or goat's cheese salad. For your main, what about chicken casserole, fillet of sea bass, linguine pasta or roasted duck breast? And to top it all off, what about pecan and toffee tart, rhubarb crumble, fresh fruit salad or a selection of cheeses? There is more choice than this, but this is just a snippet.
