Price Promise Terms & Conditions

  • The Holiday Extras Price Promise applies only to travel insurance policies purchased directly through the HolidayExtras.com website.
  • Policies purchased via the Holiday Extras Call Centre or through third-party partners are not eligible.
  • The competitor policy must offer the same level of cover, on a like-for-like product, as the Holiday Extras policy purchased.
  • Price Promise claims must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds will be paid within 5 working days of a successful claim.
  • Holiday Extras reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.
  • This Promotion will end on the 31st January 2026.
