The directions to the car park need more detail, as it was difficult to find and I went into the Sofitel by mistake. I had to pay the £7 to exit. However, the Manager of the Car Park sorted out a refund for me. Also BA changed the return flight terminal from T5 to T3. This was out of my control and changed after my booking. The car park attendant said I’d have to pay £20 for a different terminal. However, after a discussion with the manager, this was waived. I would still use this car park as it is easier to get to the departures via the Sofitel Hotel than the main car park and the service is great.

Meet and greet to far away from terminal 5 and embarrassing to have to walk though hotel. Staff at Maple Parking very nice and helpful, sadly when we returned the drivers window has been left open and inside of drivers door and dashboard covered in dust and mud marks.
