This meet and greet takes the effort out of airport parking. A Maple Parking driver meets you at Birmingham Airport's Valet Parking area, takes your keys and handles everything from there. You're in the terminal in minutes, with no shuttle bus, no long walks and no stress. Your car stays in a monitored, secure car park while you're away – and it'll be back with you as soon as you land.

Need to know

Call the car park around 20 minutes before you arrive. When you reach the airport, head to the Valet Parking car park and collect a ticket from the barrier.

Your driver will be there to meet you, carrying ID. Hand over your keys and head straight to the terminal – it's a 2-minute walk. Your car is then driven to a secured car park less than 4 miles away.

When you land, make your way back to the Valet Parking car park. Your driver will be there with your car, along with a ticket so you can exit without paying.

Accessibility

As there's no shuttle bus, this service works well for customers with limited mobility. There are 3 accessible parking bays available on a first come, first served basis.

Your car's in safe hands. We only work with trusted car parks that take care of your car like it's their own. While your car's with them, it's fully protected – so you can head off without a second thought.

The small print

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, which is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or vehicles with 8 or more seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Got a larger vehicle? Choose the Maple Parking Larger Vehicle package for anything over 5m long (up to 7.5m), wider than 1.9m (up to 2.8m), and up to 3m high – including roofboxes. As long as it's under 3.5 tonnes, has 8 seats or fewer, and isn't towing, it's the perfect match.

Due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may incur additional charges.

Getting to and from airport

Arriving at the car park

Let the car park know when you're about 20 minutes away from the airport. When you reach the terminal head for the car park signposted ‘Valet Parking' outside departures.

Take a ticket from the barrier and turn right to park in a space by the railings. Your driver will be carrying ID and waiting to meet you there. Simply hand over your keys and your car will be parked for you while you head into the terminal.

Returning to the car park

After you've collected your luggage head back to the Valet Parking car park and meet the driver there. They'll give you a ticket allowing you to exit the car park without paying, and then you're on your way home.
