This promotion is run by Holiday Extras Limited and is open to customers aged 18 or over who are resident in the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands. Entry is automatic when a customer makes a qualifying Birmingham Airport parking or Birmingham Airport hotel and parking package booking between 00:00 on 1 April 2026 and 23:59:59 on 30 September 2026. The parking stay must be completed in full and not cancelled before the draw takes place. The draw will take place in January 2027 and one winner will receive £10,000 in travel vouchers. If a qualifying booking is cancelled, the entry will be removed from the draw. By making a qualifying booking, entrants agree that if they win, their name may be published for reasonable publicity purposes in connection with the promotion.

General
  • The promoter of the Birmingham Airport Win a Holiday prize draw ("promotion") is Holiday Extras Limited, Ashford Road, Newingreen, Hythe, Kent CT21 4JF, registered in England and Wales No. 1693250.
  • The promotion opens at 00:00 on 1 April 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 on 30 September 2026 (the "Promotional Period").
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
  • The promoter's decision in respect of all matters relating to the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By making a qualifying booking, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Entrants
  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands.
  • The following are not eligible to participate: (a) employees and immediate family members of the promoter; (b) any company involved in the administration of the promotion; (c) any person assisting with this promotion; (d) any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert; (e) any person entering via an agent or using automated means to enter.
  • Automated or bulk entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
How to enter
  • Entry is automatic. Customers who make a qualifying booking for a Birmingham Airport car parking product, or a Birmingham Airport hotel and parking package, during the Promotional Period via the Holiday Extras website, app or contact centre will be automatically entered into the draw.
  • Each completed qualifying booking constitutes one entry.
  • There is no maximum number of entries per person, provided each entry relates to a separate qualifying booking.
  • If a qualifying booking is cancelled, refunded in full, or not completed, the corresponding entry will be removed from the draw.
  • The parking stay must be completed in full before the draw date in January 2027. Bookings with parking end dates after the draw date will not be eligible.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy available on the Holiday Extras website.
  • No Purchase Necessary Entry. No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw. To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, email address, and date of birth on a plain piece of paper and send it to: Holiday Extras, Ashford Road, Newingreen, Hythe, Kent CT21 4JF. Postal entries must be received by the closing date of the promotion. Each postal entry will receive one entry into the draw, equivalent to one purchase entry. Multiple postal entries are permitted, but each must be sent in a separate envelope. Postal entries that are illegible, incomplete, or received after the closing date will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in the post.
Qualifying products
  • The promotion applies to all Birmingham Airport car parking products sold through Holiday Extras, including Meet and Greet, on-airport and off-airport parking.
  • Birmingham Airport hotel and parking packages sold through Holiday Extras also qualify.
  • Bookings for parking at other airports or for non-Birmingham Airport products do not qualify.
The prize
  • There is one prize of £10,000 in travel vouchers.
  • The vouchers may be redeemed against eligible products sold by our chosen travel partner(s).
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be resold.
  • No cash alternative is available.
  • The vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue. Any unused balance after this period will be forfeited.
  • Full voucher terms and conditions will be provided to the winner at the time of issue.
Winner selection and notification
  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
  • The draw will take place in January 2027. The exact draw date will be published on the Holiday Extras website.
  • Only entries relating to bookings where the parking stay has been completed in full before the draw date will be included.
  • The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at the time of booking within 14 days of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • The surname and county of the winner will be available upon request for reasonable publicity purposes. Entrants may object to this or request reduced disclosure by contacting the promoter; however, the promoter may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  • The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or notifications that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason beyond its reasonable control.
