The size and amount of luggage you can bring onto your Brussels Airlines flight varies depending on your fare type:

Economy Class/Premium Economy Class

• Maximum 1 piece
• 8kg
• Maximum dimensions 55cm x 40cm x 23cm

Business Class

• Maximum 2 pieces
• 8kg per bag
• Maximum dimensions 55cm x 40cm x 23cm per bag

In addition to this each passenger may bring one personal item such as a laptop bag, handbag, briefcase or similar. This must be stored underneath the seat in front of you.

Brussels Airlines suggest you arrive at least 2 hours before your flight time for short-haul flights and at least 3 hours before for long-haul flights. You should also be aware of the deadlines for check-in which vary depending on length of flight and your ticket class.

Short-haul flights:

• Economy class - Check-in closes 60 minutes before departure
• Business class, HON Circle, Senator, Frequent Flyer, Star Alliance Gold members - Check-in closes 40 minutes before departure

Long-haul flights:

• Economy class, Premium Economy Class - Check-in closes 70 minutes before departure
• Business class, HON Circle, Senator, Frequent Flyer, Star Alliance Gold members - Check-in closes 60 minutes before departure
